When Elizabeth and Renee discovered that Tammi, one of their coven members, was actually a demon, Elizabeth tried to help Dean, Sam and Ruby stop her. She used the magic she knew and succeeded in stopping Tammi for long enough to let Dean kill her -- however, Tammi managed to kill Elizabeth first.

She has outlived her daughter and offers the Winchesters a spell that will destroy Patrick and reverse the spells, also killing her in the process. The spell fails, but she eventually convinces Patrick to allow her to gamble the rest of her life away, and she dies.
